MORE INFOS HERE

  • Why should I learn how to consciously work with my breath?

Your breath is the key element for your physical and mental health. You breath about 20.000 times a day, mostly unconsciously. However, your breath is the central control system of your body. It directly influences your nervous system, heartbeat, hormone release and therefore your emotions, stress resilience and daily well-being.

Conscious breathing enhances your physical and mental performance, reduces stress and supports healing by allowing your brain to increase your neuroplasticity.
