Personal 1:1 : Receive one-on-one attention that allows to deepen your personal practices tailored to your skill level.
Flexibility: Choose the location that work best for you, whether in the comfort of your home, outdoors, or at a studio.
Focused Goals: Let`s work on specific areas such as strength building, flexibility, stress relief, or mindfulness or breathing.
Costs for 60 min Class (At Home | IBK or Online): 100 €
