  • Welcome to ‚KEVADA‘ 120 MIN

    Our Unique Signature Class targeting deep healing and profound transformation. A blend of Breathwork + deep Bodywork (Acupressure and Kundalini Activation)

    A powerful 2 hour breathwork experience that is designed to active your inner nervous system to drop into your subconscious mind. putting you in a controlled state of discomfort to allow your body to go to places you may not have allowed yourself to go before.

      - Intro (purpose, benefits, effects, breathing technique) & Warm Up (Meditation, Somatic Movement, EFT Tapping,...) 30 min
